Narcotics Interdiction Training – Level II
Observational Techniques and Behavior Analysis
Officers from H. M. Customs in Bermuda completed the Narcotics Interdiction Level II Training by Rovertech International Inc. for the detection and interdiction of Illegal drugs at Airports and Sea Ports. The course focused on Internal Carriers of Drugs (Swallowers of Cocaine and Heroine), currently the most utilized concealment technique for the smuggling of Illegal drugs at International Airports and Sea Port Terminals.
Level II focuses on the Interview and Interrogation Process. It guides the Law Enforcement Officer from the initial observations of the passenger and potential suspect at the terminal, to the approach, floor interview (where the officer determines if further inspection and questioning is necessary), and continues to the Interrogation and Question Formulation to determine involvement in a crime. The course emphasizes Passenger Inspection Process and facilitation of innocent travelers.

Course in Spanish – Panama City, Panama March 21 – 25, 2011
Narcotics Interdiction course designed specifically for Narcotics Agents from Mexico, Panama, Guatemala and El Salvador. Focused on balloon swallowers (Internal Swallower / Internal Carrier), and including all techniques used by passengers to smuggle narcotics concealed in bags, cargo, and on their bodies (Narcotics Body Carriers). Effective techniques to intercept narcotics at Airports, Ports, Train, and Bus Terminals, by Observing and Analyzing the Deceptive Behavior of the Narcotic Smugglers even when hiding among the crowd of passengers.
Drug Interdiction Training and Behavior Analysis
Behavior Profiling techniques to target Drug Smugglers, which are a minute percentage of the traveling public and innocent travelers, at Airports, Sea Ports, Rail, and Bus Stations. The course defines the thin line, between truth and deception, in a setting where you are observing dozens or even hundreds of passengers at a time.
